Ordering Policy

All items can also be made as per your sample design & shade.
All items are hand crafted and hand dyed in small batches. Therefore the shades you see on the web may not be exactly the same what you get. You may call for our shade cards if required.
Dyeing of items of an order is done at one go, hence there is consistency in shades. In repeat orders there are chances of slight variation in some shades, for which goods will not be rejected.
Please note that these items are purely HAND DYED and HAND CRAFTED. Slight variations in shade, size & thickness of item may occur, although utmost care is taken to make the items as per the requirements and maintain its aestheticity.
Orders are accepted only after receipt of confirmation of order & advance payment.
Under no circumstances, our liability is more than the purchase price of the merchandise itself.

Shipping/Handling Policy

All products are sold in CIF value.
Shipping and insurance charges are extra and added based on how the order is to be shipped, these will be advised to you before goods are shipped.
Shipping, insurance and handling charges are non refundable.

Advance payment of minimum 65% of invoice value.
Telegraphic transfer through swift mode.

Furnishing Made-Ups
- 100 pcs per design per shade.

Delivery Schedule

The delivery schedule of your order will be intimated to you in our confirmation letter. As a guide, delivery schedule for our items in 30 days is as :

Tie-Backs and Tassels
- appx 2000-1000 pcs.
Trimmings(all types)
- appx 2000-10,000 mtrs.
Leather Products
- appx 1,000-5,000 pcs.
Jute Products
- appx 500-5000 units.
Furnishing Made-Ups
- appx 500-5000 unit.

The above delivery schedules are applicable for normal conditions.

The schedules can also vary as per the design intricacy, multishade designs and climatic conditions.
